- Clients are encouraged to inspect properties physically before purchase.
- Toff Homes Limited shall not be held liable for decisions made without inspection.
- Properties must be used strictly in line with government regulations and estate guidelines.
- Unauthorized developments or alterations are not permitted.
Toff Homes Limited shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by government agencies
- Force majeure events (floods, strikes, policy changes, etc.)
- Actions taken by third parties outside the company's control
